Desert Star Etosha

Etosha, meaning 'place of dry water' is a 5000SqM salt pan situated in the arid expanse of Northern Namibia.

Home to over 150 species of African wildlife, the Etosha pan encompasses a diversity of locations from semi-arid savannah to grassland and thorn-scrub.

The stage for many an African story, Etosha typifies how one would envisage a truly African setting with sweeping grassland vistas, dotted with the iconic thorn tree and abundant with real-life dramas which unfold to depict the thrilling fight for survival between predator and prey. With vivid contrasts between a stormy, coal colored sky and the dazzling shafts of sunlight that illuminate the golden grassland, Etosha offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.

Etosha provides the perfect setting for an iconic African story or a documentary.
